The CBD oil we sell is derived from industrial hemp and contains less than 0.3% THC. The United States Farm Bill from 2014, section 7606, federally legalized the cultivation of industrial hemp registered with the Colorado, Oregon, and North Carolina State Departments of Agriculture, and the 2018 US Farm Bill legalized the marketing and sale of Hemp-based CBD. The products we sell, recommend and distribute conform fully to the conditions mandated within these laws. Check out our blog post discussing the legality of CBD oil to learn more.
Most drug tests check for the presence of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Our CBD oil products contain less than 0.3% THC, which is a trace amount. For that reason, it is unlikely for CBD oil to show up on a drug test. However, the results of a drug test cannot be promised. If you are concerned about consuming even trace amounts of THC, please consider purchasing our 0% THC products.
THC, also called tetrahydrocannabinol, is the compound in cannabis that is psychoactive and gives you the feeling of being high.
Our CBD products contain no - or very little - THC. No more than .3%, and the amount of THC in the products you purchase from us will clearly indicate whether there are even trace amounts of THC found in the product. You won't get high on our CBD products.
